*Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
You can cancel your campervan rental for free 30 days (or more) prior to your pick up date. We will refund your entire deposit, and be able to rent the van to someone else with proper notice. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your pick up date, we charge a $500 fee.
If you cancel on the day of your pick up appointment or simply do not show up, the van will have to stay on the lot and miss out on an epic adventure. Sadly, we have to charge the full rental fee for day-of cancellations and no-shows.
In order to cancel your campervan reservation (at any time), we’ll need notice in writing. An email is fine.
Please note that if you book a one-way reservation and cancel at any time, no refunds of your deposit will be issued.
We can’t offer refunds or discounts for early returns, so we suggest keeping the van for the entire length of your booking, and checking a few more boxes off your bucket list.

What is my mileage limit?
We offer two flexible mileage options designed to fit your journey:

• Unlimited Mileage: $95/night. The ideal choice for those ready to roam far and wide without keeping track.
We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit and even share a few road trip ideas to inspire your adventure!
How is mileage calculated and what happens if I go over?
Your trip’s base mileage is determined by the number of days in your reservation. You can read the fine print regarding vehicle damage on our Terms and Conditions page.

When should I reserve my Campervan?
Our summer campervan rentals book up fast, so don’t procrastinate during peak season. We suggest making your reservation at least a few weeks in advance, but you can always lock it down months ahead.
Occasionally, we’ll have a last-minute deal. If you’re a gambler, feel free to reach out any time. You may just get lucky.
Can I take the Campervan out of state?
Please do.
Bordering states are packed with national parks and fun things to do. Check out Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Joshua Tree, or the Grand Canyon. We don’t mind.
Do I have to use a credit card or can I use a debit card?
You can use either a debit card or credit card.
Do you take a damage deposit?
We do not take a damage deposit or any other deposits/authorizations above your booking total at the time of pickup.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, as long as there is availability you are free to make changes to your reservations at no additional charge. The one exception, however, is changing your pickup date on the day of your scheduled pickup.
What is my responsibility when renting a Campervan?
Your first responsibility is to use your best judgment. Take weather and road conditions into consideration. And always double-check that you’re feeding the van the correct type of fuel.
Mountain regions are full of variables, so keep your eye on the skies. Pullover and chill if you see inclement weather ahead (especially if you see commercial buses and semi-trucks doing the same). Our winter fleet comes equipped with snow tires, but always use caution if you’re unfamiliar with the roads and how the vehicle handles in wet or windy weather. Damages caused by poor driver choices may result in additional repair costs and fees.
We are committed to running a clean, safe, and well-maintained fleet of camping vans. We replace tires regularly for daily wear and tear. If tire or windshield damage occurs do to a road hazard or driver error, we’ll have to charge you for the replacement.
We ask that each van is returned in a clean and respectable state – similar to when you first picked it up. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if you return the van in rough condition.
Do I need to book an RV site at a campground?
Generally, no. None of our vans require RV hookups, and the longest model is 20 feet. Most campgrounds allow our vans at tent sites, and since they’re designed to be off-grid, you won’t be killing the camp vibes with a noisy generator.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! We love our four-legged friends and know that dogs are always up for an adventure.
Please ensure that your furry friend does not chew, scratch, or soil the interior of the van. The $100 pet fee covers cleanup from shedding and regular, good doggy behavior. If your pet throws a party in the van, we’ll have to add on additional cleaning and upholstery repair fees.
Unfortunately, we only permit dogs in our vans. No other animals are allowed.
Can I come and check out a van before I rent one?
Totally. We’re tire kickers too, and our campervans are even better in person. We ask that you make an appointment by phone or email to check out our vans. We want to make sure the model you’re interested in will be on site, and that one of our team members is here to show you around.
Do your vans have toilets or showers?
Not standard. Pretty much every campsite will have restrooms, and many of the developed ones even have showers.
How long does the onboarding/drop-off process take?
Since all onboardings, signature grabs, and video tours of the campers are conducted a few days prior to your scheduled arrival, pick-up is seamless. We’ll have the campervan parked outside with keys in a designated lockbox so more time can be spent on the road.
If you have questions about the van or your trip, this is a great chance to chat with a local team member face to face.
Van dropoff is super quick. We’ll have you in and out in about 10 minutes, but feel free to stick around for a few minutes and tell us all about your trip. If you have a plane to catch, but still want to share your experience, you can always write us later. Please remember that rentals need to be back to the office by 11:00am unless you purchased the late drop-off option.
What if my flight is delayed and I can’t make it on time?
Campervan pick-ups are scheduled between 1:00pm – 4:00pm. If you are unable to make this window, we’ll reschedule your appointment for the following morning. There is a $75 fee for missed pick-up appointments.
We understand that some things are out of your hands, and will do our best to accommodate you. Update us as soon as you have word of travel delays so we can make arrangements for your pickup.
Travel is full of variables, so don’t cut it close. Give yourself plenty of buffer when booking flights and taking public transportation. If everything goes swimmingly, we recommend exploring our awesome hometown with your free time.
